Balancing the delicate logistics of an intra-terminal move, GRI helped transition United Airlines to a new space and back as part of DFW Airport's Terminal Relocation Program.

The Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport has been in the process of refreshing each of its original terminals, including Terminal E. With the remodel of Segment A, United's current home, the airline enlisted the help of GRI to relocate the carrier's ATO, ticket counters, United Club Lounge, operations offices, maintenance facilities, curbside check-in area and Gates 24-30 to a temporary location before facilitating a move back to its original site.

GRI was able to seamlessly transition United Airlines and coordinate with dozens of contractors, vendors and other parties to maintain smooth operations for the air carrier.
