GRI Consulting recently partnered up with United Airlines to refresh the Club Lounge at the Austin Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). The refresh included installing new furniture, floors, lighting and other touchups to give the lounge a more contemporary look. 

 

One of the challenges involved was making the changes without disrupting normal functions or hours for the Club Lounge. To accomplish this feat, GRI facilitated the bulk of the work to occur during non-business hours, coordinating with airport officials, contractors, and United representatives to ensure a successful outcome.
