When American Airlines announced that they would begin non-stop flights from DFW to Merida, Mexico (MID), they needed a firm with a track-record of delivering exceptional results under strict deadlines, as well as an experienced partner with deep knowledge of the region's airport codes and contractors.

 

In collaboration with American Airlines and MID, GRI served as the designer and contractor for the project, delivering a flawless passenger and employee experience in just 45 days. The short turnaround time ensured American's entrance into the Yucatan Peninsula by their target date.
